Customer Service Specialist

Your main tasks

Job Function:

• Be a first responder for all customer inquiries through e-mail and phone.
• Responsible for repair service order processing, including preparing and submitting quotes, receiving orders and monitoring progress throughout the production process.
• Support customer challenges and turn them in to sellable solutions.
• Work internally with sales team, supply chain, engineering, production departments and group companies as required to establish the daily priority of customer orders.
• Communicate to customer delivery dates, delays or such other conditions that may be involved.

Your profile

Basic Requirements:

• Humble, honest and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Prefers working within a team atmosphere
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Previous Business to Business customer service experience preferred
• Having worked with SAP ERP system preferred but not required
