Spindle Repair Technician

Your main tasks
As a Spindle Technician, You’ll:
- Diagnose, repair, and test precision spindles and related components.
- Build and assemble parts to exact specifications using technical drawings and established procedures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with speed and accuracy.
- Operate manual machine shop equipment (e.g., lathes, mills, drills, grinding machines) to ensure products meet tight tolerances.
- Maintain rigorous safety and quality standards while continuously improving processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and exceed customer expectations.
Your profile
What We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity.
- Can read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- 3–5 years of experience in precision machining, assembly, or inspection is helpful.
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.
- Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
- Bonus points for experience with spindle repair, balancing, or electromechanical systems—and German language skills!
