HOW IS A MILLING HEAD BUILT?

ALEXANDER AND TYLER'S EXPERIENCE FROM TAIWAN

The first two D27STD milling heads from Taiwan will arrive at FUSA before the end of the first quarter of 2023. Reason enough for two FUSA employees Alexander and Tyler to travel to Taichung, Taiwan.

«With the first two D27STD Heads scheduled to arrive at FUSA in Q1 two FUSA personnel traveled to Taichung. The FTW engineering team highlighted the key design features and gave an overview of the assembly process. The production team demonstrated how to put together the motor modules and build a D27STD head from the ground up. The FTW quality team took us through the process to check and adjust the head geometry to prepare us to pair the spindle to the head at FUSA.
The learning and firsthand experience were invaluable, and the team building was exceptional. The FTW team went out of their way to take care of us during our stay.

Overall, a great learning trip with many friendships made. We are looking forward to having FISCHER Heads working hard for our customers in North America!» Alexander and Tyler, FUSA employees
