As a co-owner, Tabea has already been a guest on our Board for one year; providing her the experience and knowledge to grow into this new role. She gained an important and comprehensive insight last summer on a three-month trip to our foreign subsidiaries, accompanied by her four children and Tobias Moser.
We are living in challenging times. With her personality, knowledge and experience in Banking & Finance, Tabea brings important skills to the Board of Directors. Human resources and education are very important topics to her, which is why she has been supporting our “Young Future” apprentices' at a strategic, supportive and personal level for a year now.
A good diversification of gender, age, professional background and experience is extremely important in order to successfully continue the fortunes of our predecessors in the long term. With the addition of Tabea Moser, the FISCHER Spindle Group AG is now in an ideal position.
