In my year as Managing Director, I was able to witness the evolution of the Egghead and initiate the creation of Birthday Present 2023. This presented me and my team with some challenges. We were able to learn new processes in the process that we might not have encountered in our normal day-to-day jobs. The beauty of it is that you see what a product does from development to delivery and you also get to know the processes better.
My conclusion from the year: It's interesting to get an insight into processes and also to build up an understanding for other departments.»
