In 2026, the renowned spindle manufacturer Robert Renaud became part of the FISCHER Group. The facility in Boudry (Switzerland) is being further expanded and strengthened as a European service center, while BBN, which is also part of the group, is being integrated. The proven spindle portfolio of Renaud and BBN will be retained and will continue to be specifically tailored to customer needs.

The new company will operate under the name FISCHER Spindle Service SA.
